Description: Celebrate Maple Week at Pineland Farms! Visit the farm for a 2-hour visit where, in addition to visiting our variety of farm animals, you are invited to experience our Sugar House! The self-guided quest for our Magnificent Maple will lead you through the woods where you will learn how to identify a sugar maple tree and observe a maple gravity tubing system in action. You will see how to harvest sap at our tapping demonstration and, while enjoying the steamy surroundings, discover how syrup is made in our sugar house. Attend free of charge on Maine Maple Sunday, March 22nd while tickets last (pre-registration required).

Syrup samples will be available at the Sugar House.

Maple cotton candy will be available for sale in the Smokehouse Visitor Center.

Directions to the on-farm Visitors Center: Follow GPS directions to the Market at 15 Farm View Drive, New Gloucester, Maine. Continue past the Market on Farm View Drive and take your first left onto Valley Farm Rd. Follow Valley Farm Rd. until you see the Smokehouse Visitors Center (white silo) on the right-hand side.
