April Vacation - 2 Hour Farm Pass Wednesday April 22nd

Pre-registration Required. 

Description: Join us for an April vacation of exploration, fun and learning at Pineland Farms. Engaging and educational self-guided as well as educator-led activities will be offered all week. We look forward to seeing you on the farm!

·         Farmyard Activities – Meet our farmyard critters up close! Ongoing through the week, farm educators will be providing hands-on experiences with many of our animals. Pet a bunny, see a feather-footed chicken, dig your hands into some freshly shorn wool from our sheep, and more! Schedule of activities will be available on location on the day of your visit.

·         Spring Observation Walk – While following a marked path you will encounter stations that encourage and share skills to learn the story of the natural world around you through observation.

·         Explore the Equestrian Center from 9AM-12PM on Wednesday, April 22^nd and Friday, April 24^th! Have a chance to tour the facility, see the award-winning Morgan horses, and maybe even get a chance to touch one!

Directions to the on-farm Visitors Center: Follow GPS directions to the Market at 15 Farm View Drive, New Gloucester, Maine. Continue past the Market on Farm View Drive and take your first left onto Valley Farm Rd. Follow Valley Farm Rd. until you see the Smokehouse Visitors Center (white silo) on the right-hand side.
